Diego Dondi, Molding Production Coordinator, has been with Eurosets for 21 years.

What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn't know the company?

Eurosets has faced several difficulties over the years (the earthquake of 2012, the flood of 2014 and the COVID of 2020 – 2022 are an example). However, thanks to the constant collaboration between employees, the vision and the ability to develop new solutions, over the years I have witnessed a growth that I think it is surprising and unparalleled, talking about the area of Biomedical Valley.
Just consider that when I was hired at Eurosets, the employees were less than 50. To date there are over 300 of us.

Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?

I believe that all projects represent the mission of Eurosets but in my case, for the printed details of which it is composed, the Horizon oxygenator is the product that has made me grow more professionally.

What does our motto 'EveryLifeMatters' represent for you?

The motto EveryLifeMatters means daily commitment to offer a chance of healing to those in need, a better chance of life for those who have unfortunately been affected by an illness.

Cosa ti ha colpito di Eurosets e cosa racconteresti a qualcuno che non conosce l’azienda?

L’azienda Eurosets negli anni ha dovuto affrontare diverse difficoltà (il terremoto del 2012, l’alluvione del 2014 ed il COVID del 2020 – 2022 ne sono un esempio). Tuttavia, grazie alla costante collaborazione tra i dipendenti, alla visione e alla capacità di sviluppare nuove soluzioni, ho potuto assistere nel corso degli anni ad una crescita che, a parer mio, nell’area della Biomedical Valley, è sorprendente e imparagonabile. Basti pensare che quando sono stato assunto in Eurosets, i dipendenti erano meno di 50. Ad oggi siamo oltre 300.

Da quando sei in azienda, qual è il progetto a cui hai lavorato che rappresenti al meglio lo spirito dell’azienda?

Ritengo che tutti i progetti rappresentino la mission di Eurosets ma nel mio caso, per i dettagli stampati di cui è composto, l’ossigenatore Horizon è il prodotto che mi ha fatto crescere maggiormente dal punto di vista professionale.

Che cosa rappresenta per te il motto “EveryLifeMatters”?

Il motto EveryLifeMatters significa impegnarsi quotidianamente per offrire una possibilità di guarigione a chi ne ha bisogno, una possibilità di vita migliore per chi è stato purtroppo colpito da una malattia.
